At Novida Naturals, your satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and obligations with respect to returns and refunds in accordance with consumer protection standards.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept return or refund requests within 90 days of the confirmed delivery date. To be eligible, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- It must be unused and unopened, in the same condition as received
- It must be in its original, sealed packaging
- It must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- The request must be submitted within 90 days of the confirmed delivery date
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or unsealed supplements
- Partially or fully used products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Subscription renewals outside the 90-day guarantee window
- Customers with a prior approved refund within a 12-month period
- Repeat or multi-order customers — this guarantee applies to first-time purchases only
2. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To begin a request, contact our support team at support@novidanaturals.com within 90 days of delivery. Include your full name, order number, and reason for the request.
Please wait for written confirmation and return instructions before sending any item back. Items returned without prior written authorization will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to request photos or additional documentation before approving any request.
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. After processing, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
4. Abuse and Repeat Refund Activity
To protect the integrity of this policy, Novida Naturals reserves the right to refuse refund requests from customers who demonstrate a pattern of repeated refund activity, defined as more than one approved refund within a 12-month period. This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and is non-transferable.
5. Subscriptions
It is your responsibility to manage, modify, or cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. Subscription renewals processed after the 90-day guarantee window are not covered under this policy. Failure to cancel before a renewal charge is processed does not qualify as grounds for a refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@novidanaturals.com as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. This is the only circumstance under which an opened product may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
7. International Orders
Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error. Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are non-refundable.
If a package is undeliverable and returned to us due to refusal or an incorrect address provided at checkout, a restocking fee may apply. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, please contact our support team at support@novidanaturals.com to allow us to resolve the issue directly. We are committed to resolving all concerns fairly and in compliance with PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, and Shopify Payments policies. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the forfeiture of future refund eligibility.
9. Changes to This Policy
Novida Naturals reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
