Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, your request must meet all of the following requirements:
Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 90 days from delivery are not eligible for approval. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. To request a refund, please contact us at support@novidanaturals.com within 90 days of receiving your order. Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the 90-day period beginning on the confirmed delivery date.

How to Request a Refund

To begin a refund request, please email support@novidanaturals.com and let us know that you would like to request a refund. Include the item you wish to return, your full name, and your order number so our team can assist you as quickly as possible.
Our customer support team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps. Once a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within approximately 15 business days. However, we cannot guarantee that all refunds will be completed within this timeframe.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. After the refund has been processed, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

To help prevent misuse of this policy, Novida reserves the right to refuse refund requests from customers who show a pattern of repeated refund activity. A pattern of repetitive refunds is defined as requesting more than two refunds within a 12-month period.

Subscriptions

If your order includes a subscription, it is your responsibility to manage, modify, or cancel your subscription within the 90-day guarantee period. Subscription renewals that occur after this period are not eligible for refunds.
Customers are responsible for canceling or adjusting their subscription before a renewal charge is processed. Failure to cancel before renewal does not qualify as grounds for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at support@novidanaturals.com. We will help arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. In some cases, we may request photos of the damaged or defective item for verification purposes.
