How do I take Novida Amla?

If you take any prescription medication - especially blood thinners, blood-sugar or blood-pressure medication - or if you have a kidney condition, are pregnant, or are nursing, please show the Novida label to your doctor or pharmacist before starting. Will it help with my specific condition?

We cannot make medical claims or promise specific results - and we would rather be honest with you than tell you what you want to hear. Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

We ship worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and once your order leaves the warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

Delivery times after shipment:

  • United States:Β 5-7 business days
  • International (UK, Australia, Canada, and more):Β 10-14 days

Please allow 48-72 hours for your tracking to show movement after you receive the confirmation email.

Because we produce in small batches, processing can occasionally take a little longer than usual - and during busy periods like holidays, sales events, or high-demand promotions, both processing and delivery times may be slightly extended. We are sorry if that affects your order and we appreciate your patience. Every order is handled with care and will reach you as quickly as we can get it there.

Where is my order? My tracking hasn't updated.

You can check your order anytime on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email address.

If tracking hasn't moved in a day or two, don't worry - carriers often scan packages late and your order is almost certainly still on its way. International shipments can sometimes go quiet for a few days while in transit between hubs. If it has been stuck for more than 5 days with no update at all, reach out to us and we will chase it down for you.

My package is delayed or marked delivered but never arrived.

First, check with any household members and give it 24-48 hours - carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a day early. If it still hasn't shown up, email us at support@novidanaturals.com with your order number and we will look into it straight away.

If a package is genuinely lost, we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund. You will never be left out of pocket for a carrier's mistake.

Can I cancel or change my order before it ships?

Yes - if you catch us before it leaves the warehouse. Email support@novidanaturals.com with your order number and "CANCEL" or "CHANGE" in the subject line as soon as possible.

We process and fulfil orders very quickly - sometimes your order is already packed and on its way before the tracking link has had a chance to update, which means you may not have received a shipping email yet even though it has already left us. So the sooner you reach out, the better the chances we can still make a change.

That said, you are completely in control. The easiest way to manage it is through the Manage Subscription page - you can pause, skip, or cancel in about a minute without needing to contact us at all.

If you would like to pause it while you try the product first, that is a great option - it keeps everything in place so you can reactivate whenever you are ready. If you decide to cancel entirely, that is fine too. We just want you to have all the information before you decide.

BILLING

There's a charge on my statement I don't recognise.

We can look it up in seconds, explain exactly what the charge is for, and if anything is wrong we will refund you immediately - far faster than a bank dispute can. We will always make it right.

I think I was charged twice.

This is almost always a pending authorisation that your bank will release automatically within a few days - it looks like a duplicate charge but never actually settles. Banks often show a temporary hold alongside the real charge, which can look confusing.

If both charges do settle, or if you accidentally placed two orders, email us at support@novidanaturals.com with your order number and we will refund the duplicate straight away. No questions asked.

How long do refunds take to arrive?
